Hoop Dance Private Instruction
Beginner Private Instruction Beginner Sessions will include specific instruction on how the hoop is used as both a fitness tool and a partner for expressive dance. The lesson will focus on what your hoop goals are. We will cover many beginner moves and handouts on each move will be provided.
Intermediate Private Instruction Are you an experienced hooper looking for more advanced moves, more flow or connectivity to the hoop? Advanced Private Lessons will focus on building your current skills and learning more advanced Hoop Dance moves that will allow you to take your hooping to the next level.

Hoop Mamas FREE Wednesday Night Playshop!
Going on its fourth year, our Free Playshop is more popular than ever! Join us every Wednesday from 7-9pm at South Park (weather permitting). Our Playshop is a great way for beginners to see what this 'Hooplah' is all about. Hoops in all sizes are provided and are for sale on site! All sizes and abilities are always welcomed! Already got some moves? Playshop is the perfect place to connect with experienced Lawrence hoopers, share skills and learn some sweet new tricks!
