Ali Fitzgerald is passionate about spreading the joys of Hoop Dance throughout the Midwest. Since the first time she picked up a hoop, she's been hooked, and has vowed to share the 'hoop love' with everyone she meets! Ali has a strong background in dance and music, with 13 years training in flute and an interest in Music Therapy. Hooping came into her life unexpectedly and had an immediate impact. She has transformed her body and mind through hooping, and has found her true passion in the circle.
"Somehow, somewhere, I had lost touch with the feminine energy that fueled me. I was a size 16, super-stressed out by life and not at all comfortable in my own skin. When I found the hoop I was almost instantly transformed! I feel energized, confident and like a true goddess now...thanks to hooping!"
Ali is a Hoop Dancer, Teacher, Performer, Fire Dancer, Hoop Crafter and true believer in the benefits of the hoop! She is also a Certified HoopGirl Instructor, teaching Hoop classes in Lawrence, KS and surrounding areas.
